Overclock

Iwao Oguro appears in My Hero Academia with a recognizable hero or villain design tied closely to Overclock.

Quirkless vigilante who replaces his lost hyperbaric speed with brutal aggression, pharmaceuticals and lethal melee combat.

Supreme street combat, psychological pain immunity, use of grappling hooks, brass knuckles and destructive strategy.
